This is Penny.
She is my Monster High OC, and is based off of the 80s movie Killer Klowns from Outer Space.

While this is her "Dead Tired" outfit, more of Penny will be seen shortly - including "Day at the Maul" and "Gloom Beach"!

I did not draw this, while Penny is my OC. I am posting it with permission from *I-Am-CHILD, who colored this lineart BRILLIANTLY, which was originally done by *Metallover130
